Jeanne can make arrangements with you so that you can pick your own quiet/receiving time to receive the energy. Then, you can either sit or lie down and let the Reiki do its work.

Sound Bath Healing

What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound bath is a therapeutic practice that uses sound frequencies to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. It is based on the principle that everything in the universe is made up of energy and vibration, and that sound can be used to balance and harmonize this energy.
Sound healing works by using specific sound frequencies to stimulate the body's natural healing mechanisms. When we are exposed to sound, our brain waves entrain to the frequency of the sound, which can promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote physical healing. Different frequencies are believed to have different healing effects, and sound healers may use various instruments such as Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, Ocean drums, and other instruments to produce these frequencies.

What should I do during a Sound Bath?

You can deepen your experience by taking deep breaths as you settle into a sound bath through a guided meditation. This will enhance relaxation and help your connection deeply with each sound. If your mind begins to wander, without struggle, gently bring your focus back to your breath and focus on the sounds in the room. Just lay down, relax, enjoy the experience, and let the sound do the rest!

When attending a Sound Bath bring the following

Wear whatever makes you more comfortable. You may bring a bolster if you wish to help support your lower back. I do have a few available here. Please bring layers of clothes as it tends to be cold in my house. We will supply blankets, eye masks, small pillows, water, light snacks, yoga mats, chairs, and a few recliner chairs. You may wish to bring a journal to write down any experiences you may have had during the Sound bath. Please bring an open Heart and Open Mind!

Etiquette for Sound Bath

Turn Cell phones off before entering the space
Arrive 30 minutes early as the door is locked at start time so as not to disrupt the other attendees.
Do not wear any perfume, aromatherapy, or aftershave as others are sensitive to these smells or may have an adverse reaction.
Respect the silence during the session to allow everyone, including yourself, to fully immerse in the experience.
It is best to avoid caffeine or alcohol the day of the sound bath
If you find yourself snoring or you are uncomfortable, feel free to turn on your side, stomach, or whatever is more comfortable for you.

Space Clearing and Blessing

Sometimes, we feel that our space has a negative energy or entity that is having a negative impact on our lives and how we feel. Space clearing is a process by which all such energies and entities are removed peacefully and safely from space. We do this with sages, prayer, help from the Archangels, etc. We then go back and use special sound healing tools, sacred symbols, sprays, and more prayers to protect, upgrade, and bless the space. A shift in the energy of the space is immediately felt when we are done.

Some reasons for space clearing are:

You feel like there is a negative energy or entity in your space.

Crystal Therapy Healing

Crystal therapy is a non-invasive, relaxing, natural, and enjoyable process. The healing will offer you a chance to lie back, relax, and get in touch with your body's energies so you can leave feeling refreshed, restored, and de-stressed - a perfect platform for improved physical health.

How Does Crystal Therapy Work?

Crystal therapy can, in a sense, communicate with the energies flowing around the human body. On a microscopic level, a crystal is a network of repeating geometric patterns made up of compressed ions, atoms, and molecules. In crystal therapy, every crystal has its own unique electromagnetic charge. These charges, or 'healing vibrations,' interact with the body's energy centers to remove 'blockages' and restore a healthy flow through the body and mind. The correct placement of crystals on the body promotes emotional and mental harmony. During this state of equilibrium inner harmony, the body has the perfect conditions to naturally heal itself, producing healthy re-growth of tissue and cells.

Crystal Therapy is non-invasive and extremely relaxing. Crystals are placed on the body and surrounding area to create a wonderful sense of calm, stillness, and well-being in a relaxed and caring environment.
